Resetting

Jordan and I tried to hit the reset button on our lives this week.

And we pretty much succeeded.

We started by taking a sleeping pill pretty early on Sunday evening (like 2030), and then waking at 445 Monday morning.

I’ll admit to not being super excited right then to wake up at that time.

However, I am excited to wake up early and go to bed early.

I get more done in a day when I start early.

I am more focused on what needs to be done that early.

This week we will start again. I’m hoping to do it without the sleeping pill each night.

It’s worth going for this so waking up will be easier.
