Journaling as coping

These posts end up as my journaling mechanism. It provides some accountability and it provides me a way to work through things that are in my head.

The post Is it back? Gave me a lot of benefit to look through what’s going on and what is in my head.

I’ve had good experience since then, and I’ve taken time to pull back a little bit and reset my brain.

I feel like things are headed in a good direction. Writing helps. And I’m glad I did that.
