Month end hit about three days ago. I did 13, 12.5, and five hours on a Saturday.
Not really what I was aiming for.
But it needs doing.
I haven’t exercised in too long, and the time at work wasn’t helping. Nor was the sitting that whole time helpful.
So I’m about at the end of my mental health and I need a recharge. It reminds me I need to take care of my physical and mental health to ensure I’m able to be really good all the time.
Lessons a 30 year old still needs to learn.
