I worked from home yesterday.
Interestingly, when I do, my normal eating and drinking schedule gets tossed out the window. I’m more likely to focus on whatever’s in front of me and less likely to take a break for food.
So I made it through the day, got a good training ride in, stayed up a bit too late, and slept in this morning.
There is likely a bit connected to the late night, but I expect most of my lack of energy is due to a bit extra stress at work and not getting enough to eat and drink yesterday.
Apparently bodies need adequate fueling and hydration. Who knew?
