Every once in a while sickness with pounce on you. Or overcome you.
I’ve had some lingering stuff that finally overcame me this morning.
I was getting to bed on time and getting things done appropriately, but I’d increased my cycling workload over the weekend and not given myself the standard recovery time.
Maybe a mistake, but I also need to practice pushing my body. So I did it. Today I’ll pay the price. I’ll try to get to sleep before 2100, and I’ll aim for a nap. But tomorrow I’ll get back to it.
Tomorrow I’ll get up at 0530, and be on track.
And if I’m still sick, I’ll take a nap at 0700
